Amazon.com
If there's one thing I learnt, is that you can get some really amazing deals on trades at Amazon.com. I got my 'Absolute: Hush' here at about 30% off the retail price :D
The only snag for me is that international shipping of books cost a bomb, but I've been able to purchase books on drawing at such a discounted price that even with the shipping fee added, I still save more purchasing them from Amazon than from my local Kinokuniya. Go figure.

Comic Supply
The only place I go to online to purchase my comic book supplies of mainly Mylites and Halfbacks. I've received all my shipments from them promptly and in good condition.
Plus, occasionally you will find some great deals for complete or partial comic book runs. I got my Gotham Adventures here complete with an issue of Mad Love for a little over $20.

Lone Star Comics

One of the best places online to grab out-of-print comics from at a reasonable price. This store is my go-to place after I dropped MileHighComic like a hot potato when their missing delivery and high prices drove me away XD;;
One thing I like about this store is the free shipping offer for international orders above $100 (there's free shipping for US orders above $50 as well). Sure, that means that I've got to accumulate enough books to hit that amount, but considering how expensive international shipping can get, I consider this a good offer.

Tools Webshop

I use a mixture of Eastern and Western drawing tools, and although the more common supplies can be found at art specialty stores in Singapore, some of the rarer art supplies can only be obtained from overseas. Case in point are the Artetje brushes which I can only obtain from Japan.
To place an order with these guys, I ask my friend in Japan to order and then mail them to me. Cumbersome, I know :D
